I check another places, prices is between 300-350BGN (154-180EUR) for person, but only breakfast and 1 dinner on 31.12.2008

I think the prices in "Abranashka sreshta" is the best it's All Inclusive, no better offer.
If you pay in other hotel (154-180EUR) for person, you can eat outside, but for 1 person in restaurant you pay minimum 15-20BGN it's more expensive.
All hotels in this dates 30.12.2008 - 03.01.2009 is full or expensive

I havent't seen RT4s for sale in Romania, but on ebay i've seen them @ 800-1000e, full package.
