Eu cred ca pretul , deoarece vad ca pe destul de putina lume o intereseaza masina , este unul rezonabil daca gasesti o oferta avantajoasa .
Noul C4 Picasso la 26 - 27000 Euro cred ca este mai mult decat ok pentru ceea ce ofera .

Totusi daca vorbim si despre masina parerea mea este urmatoarea : Senzationala !!!!

- Confort sporit ( mai ales pe locurile din fata )
- Acustica imbunatatita ( insonorizare superioara )
- Imagine atat interioara cat si exterioara mult intinerita
- Tehnospace face toti bani
- Noua platforma ofera un confort sporit si o dinamica inbunatatita !!!

Eu am fost impresionat de masina si cred ca noua linie de tehnologie o sa se gaseasca si pe modelele viitoare . Eu vad acest model ca un nou punct de plecare pentru Citroen atat in ceea ce priveste noua platforma cat si folosirea Touch-urilor ceea ce era un punct in minus pentru marca .

SPYSHOTS: 2014 Citroen Grand C4 Picasso in Europe

Our Continental peeping Toms are at it again. This time they’ve captured the seven-seater version of the new EMP2-based Citroen C4 Picasso, regally called, as before, the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso.

As you can see here, it’s distinguishable from its five-seat sister through its restyled front bumper, unique boomerang-shaped tail lamps and roof rails that flow into the D-pillar. Unsurprisingly, it’s also larger.

The Citroen Grand C4 Picasso could surface at the Frankfurt show in September, before going on sale in Europe next year. Likely engine choices include 1.6 litre HDi 90 and 110, 2.0 litre HDi 150, 1.6 litre VTi 120, 1.4 VTi 95 and 1.6 THP 155. Reports say there should be a HYbrid4 version as well.

New Citroen C4 Picasso Minivan On Sale Now in the UK from £17,500 [28 Photos]



If you're looking for a five-seater minivan with unconventional looks, Citroën is proposing the all-new C4 Picasso that is on sale now in the UK with on-the-road (OTR) prices starting from £17,500 and rising to £24,455.

While notably more compact (40mm or 1.57 inches shorter in length and 50mm or 1.96 inches lower in height) over its predecessor, the French firm says that, the new C4 Picasso actually offers improved space for both passengers and their luggage (an additional 40-litres to 537-litres with the rear seats pushed back, or up to 630-litres when pushed forward). It’s also up to 140kg (309 pounds) lighter, or about the same as the smaller C3 Picasso.

Citroen states that in the UK, it is targeting two main demographics, the first of which are style-conscious young families with one or two children, and the second group, older couples with grown-up children.

Riding on the French brand's new EMP2 platform (Efficient Modular Platform 2), the C4 Picasso offers a choice of five powertrains including an 89hp (90PS) diesel with or without the micro-hybrid (e-HDi) system, a 113hp (114PS) diesel, and two gasoline units, the 118hp (120PS) VTi 120 and the 154hp (156PS) THP 155.

The most fuel efficient version is the e-HDi 90PS Airdream with the new ETG 6-speed automated gearbox that returns up to 74.3mpg UK with CO2 emissions of 98g/km.

Citroen has also revealed a longer, seven-passenger version of the car named the Grand C4 Picasso.

New Citroen C4 Picasso MPV driven in the UK
Designed to be practical and stylish
On sale now, priced from £17,500

The previous Citroen C4 Picasso was little more than a shorter Grand with two fewer seats. However, this new model is sleeker and sportier than its seven-seat sister, which follows next January.

The front of the new car is particularly striking, thanks to its slim daytime running lights located by the leading edge of the bonnet. These lights incorporate the front indicators, while the separate headlights are positioned lower down; xenons are fitted to pricier variants.

Bigger wheels will also be available and Citroen claims these won't ruin the ride because the Picasso is built on an all-new platform with suspension that is designed to work with low-profile tyres.

The company has used a mixture of composites, aluminium and high-strength steel in the new C4 Picasso's construction, which makes it around 140kg lighter than its predecessor and improves both performance and efficiency.

What's the 2013 Citroen C4 Picasso like inside?

The new C4 Picasso is shorter and lower than the car it replaces but, thanks to clever packaging, boot capacity has grown by 37 litres to 537 – around 60 litres more than you get in a Ford C-Max. The boot floor is not adjustable though, so there's no underfloor storage space.


You get three rear seats that can be slid back and forth, reclined or folded flat independently of one another, and while some MPVs have a raised tunnel that gets in the way of the central passenger's feet, the C4 Picasso's floor is totally flat.

It's a shame the seats can be folded only from the side door, with no release mechanism in the boot. You also have to make sure you pull the release cord at the right angle; the seats will tilt and slide forward if you get it slightly wrong.

However, the fact that all three rear seats come with ISOFIX child seat mountings is a big bonus, and there's enough head- and legroom for six-footers. However, the side pillars curve inwards quite dramatically, which can make those in the outer rear seats feel hemmed in.


Things are better in the front, where the windscreen extends back into the roof to create an airy feel, and there's loads of adjustment for the driver.

There's also a smartly trimmed dashboard, and most of the car's functions are controlled through a touch-screen with large, easy-to-hit icons. It's just a pity that Citroen hasn't fitted separate controls for the air-conditioning; you have to adjust the cabin temperature and fan settings through the touch-screen, which forces you to switch between menus more often than you normally would.

Exclusive models and above come with an attractive and large, 12-inch HD colour screen on which the speed, rev counter and other details are displayed. Lesser models make do with a black and white screen, but it's just as easy to read.

Every C4 Picasso comes with alloy wheels, Bluetooth and a six-speaker stereo with a USB socket. Meanwhile, DAB will be standard from the second trim upwards, and range-topping models will have everything from adaptive cruise control to a front passenger seat that reclines like an old-school business-class chair.



What's the 2013 Citroen C4 Picasso like to drive?

We tried the e-HDi 115 diesel engine that's expected to be the biggest seller in the UK, and it's a likeable thing because it delivers good in-gear flexibility and is impressively refined.

It comes with a six-speed manual gearbox that feels more precise than most Citroen 'boxes. However, the semi-automatic ETG6 gearbox is another matter. It's optimised for economy rather than smoothness, so is very slow to change gears by itself, and the car lurches when it does. The only way to negate this is to use the steering wheel-mounted paddles to shift manually, and back off the accelerator pedal while the changes are taking place.

The e-HDi 90 model is a particularly efficient option when combined with this EGT6 gearbox – it averages 74.3mpg and emits just 98g/km of CO2 – but the more powerful manual e-HDi 115 is still efficient with emissions of 105g/km and it costs only £100 more.



Alternatively, you may want to wait for the more powerful 148bhp Blue HDi engine (with emissions of 110g/km) that will be introduced next year.

The new Picasso's suspension is impressive, because it never lets the body lurch around in an uncontrolled way. True, you can feel some shimmy from the rear end of the car at times, but the ride is generally supple; the Citroen is caught out only by the biggest potholes.

The steering is light and easy around town, but weights up just enough to provide some reassurance as you turn in to bends. Meanwhile, the only unwelcome intrusion when you're cruising is a bit of wind noise from around the windscreen pillars.



Should I buy one?

The £17,500 entry-level price brings the petrol VTi model in VTR trim with a manual gearbox while the model that is predicted to be the most popular – the e-HDi 115 diesel – will be available from £20,255.

This makes the diesel more expensive than an equivalent Ford C-Max, but the Picasso compensates with lower emissions and better fuel consumption, and it is priced in line with the Renault Scenic 1.5 dCi, which returns similar fuel economy.

The new C4 Picasso is also classier and more practical than both these rivals, so it's definitely worth considering if you're after a five-seat MPV.

Nu voi detalia decat ce mi-a atras atentia, si nu un review prea incarcat

La o prima intalnire face2face pare mai lunga decat generatia precedenta (tot 5 locuri), dar culmea, este o idee mai micuta. Din lateral este aceeasi buburuza ca si primul C4 Picasso, reflectand conceptul de monovolum, dar mai putin ascutit, si poate mai putin cu efect dinamic. Arata mai botos, mai suparat, mai periculos, mai cu personalitate plina de hormoni ai tineretii. Mie imi place.

Este impetuos necesar sa lucreze la o fluidizare maxima a acestui aspect ca daca nu va fi un mare rateu. Mai multe firme printre care si ford au dat chix, si au primit feedback negativ. In america deja la ford un grup consistent a pornit o miscare si dau in judecata comania pt tampenia care au facut-o
Fisker Karma, un produs high end, au facut si ei o pocitanie la acest capitol, pe lamga alte imbecilitati.

Nivelul prea jos va fort soferul sa se lungeasca pe acolo daca doreste ceva din acel spatiu, in timp ce merge cu masina.

Per total, consider ca produsul este unul matur capabil sa se bata (cel putin la primele impresii) cu nemtoaicele, fara vreo jena.

Acum depinde fiabilitatea pe termen lung si ce bani papa. Daca si preturile pe piata romaneasca vor fi ridicate, atunci va trebui sa ofere mult mai mult decat VW in termeni de fiabilitate pt a putea sa fie considerati de mentalitatea maselor ca fiind macar egal.
